Barney Devito can’t stay out of trouble. This time the coppers showed up at his house and arrested his ass at home. Apparently he got tired of riding his tricycle around town, ’cause his greasy ass lost his licence for drunk driving last year.
So his genius ass went to the DMV where he used his brothers information to get himself a drivers licence in his brothers name. He thought his plan was bullet proof but he dind’t take into account the fact that his ass is a shit-lebrity now . Thanks to his wife career as a Real House Skank Of the New Jerseys’. So the copper recognized him and must of said, ‘aren’t you that Barney Devito dude from the Real Weave Pulling Whores Of NJ?’ BUSTED!!!

TOWACO, NJ (WPIX) — Real Housewife husband Guiseppe “Joe” Giudice just can’t stay out of trouble.A month after he was reportedly detained by police for a messy bar brawl in the Dominican Republic, he was busted Friday for using a fraudulent New Jersey driver’s license, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.Giudice, 40, was arrested at his home in Towaco, New Jersey, by the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Financial Crimes Unit, assisted by Montville police.Giudice, whose license is suspended, is accused of creating a new license at the New Jersey DMV – using his brother’s information.
His last scrape with the law was on Feb. 23 when he was partying with Real Housewife Teresa and the rest of the cast around 1 a.m. at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The trouble started when Joe popped a bottle of champagne and doused some other patrons, leading to a brawl, radaronline.com reported. A Radar source reported that Giudice severely beat one man and hit another with a glass during the fight, which ended with Dominican police detaining everyone involved.
The Giudices also made headlines by declaring for bankruptcy in Oct. 2009, despite continuing to live a lavish lifestyle filled with luxury vehicles and shopping sprees.
Teresa and Joe — who make $79,000 a year, according to court records — filed for bankruptcy after finding themselves $11.8 million in the red.
So he faces 10 years in prison and here is Teresa on Tweeter like nothing happened! Barney Devito and Teresa are out blowing money still playing the facade like their lives are so fabulous. These 2 dumb asses are in major denial, just wait till shit gets real and he is really going to prison!
