It was previously rumored that Kim Zolciak’s ex Daniel Toce Jr was the son of a billionaire tycoon:
Kimberleigh “Kim” Marie Zolciak (b. 5/19/1978) is a divorced mother of two daughters Brianna and Brielle. Zolciak was married to Daniel Toce Jr from 5/5/01-2/11/03. His father is Daniel Toce Sr, a Multi-Millionaire. Kim receives child Support of $30,000 per month and alimony of $250,000 per year, but if she gets married the alimony stops. At 17, Kim was involved in an affair with Windsor Locks Connecticut Police Sergeant John MacDougald (a 24 year veteran of the force) that resulted in his firing. Daniel Dominic Toce he’s been charged with sexual assault against a minor .sexual assault in the 2nd 7 counts sexual assault in the 3rd 6 counts and 17 counts of risk of injury to a minor .He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two and a half years and ten year of probation.Not enough for hurting a child he is a cheater liar and has no remorse for this .The divorce should be final soon.He is a male Kim take whatever they want no matter who it affects. Dan Toce Jr.’s dad died when he was 3-4 years old. His name was Dominic Toce and is burried in Mt. St. Benedict in Bloomfield CT. Everyone has the wrong Daniel Toce Sr. Dan Toce, kim’s ex is not rich and can barely afford to pay childsupport for his children from his first marriage. Check court documents in CT for his arrests for being in contempt for lack of child support. He owes his first 2 kids over $30,000. Lol!! Hysterical. Dan was on of my best friends in high school. He’s 37, the furthest thing from wealthy and has been in jail for most of his years since the divorce. He just recently went through his third divorce that I know of. And by the way, if he ever knew his father, he is long since gone since there was no father in the picture since I’ve known him, which is since 1988.

CROMWELL – A 37-year-old Waterford man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault that police say allegedly took place in Cromwell in 2009.
Daniel D. Toce, who has a lengthy criminal record, is already facing several similar sexual assaults charges in Southeastern Connecticut.
Toce was arrested Tuesday morning on a warrant charging him with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of risk of injury to a minor.
Toce, who is currently being held by the Department of Corrections in connection with the similar charges, was arrested during a habeas corpus hearing in Middlesex Superior Court.
After he was presented in court, Toce’s case was transferred to Part A and he was returned to the custody of the DOC.
Capt. Edwin L. Kosinski Jr., said the alleged assaults in Cromwell occurred in October, 2009.
There was little immediate detail about the allegations against Toce in Cromwell.
Because of the age of the victim, the warrant and the affidavit which contains the results of the police investigation have been ordered sealed by the court.
The incident came to light during an investigation this year in Waterford into a similar incident, Kosinski said.
The Day of New London reported that Toce was arrested by Waterford police on Oct. 29 and was charged with a single count of second-degree sexual assault.
A computer search of court records shows that Toce was also arrested on the 29th by State Police from the Troop E barracks in Montville.
They charged him with one count each of second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury.
He is being held in lieu of a combined bond of $150,000 on the Waterford and State Police charges.
Toce has been in trouble with police regularly since 2004.
He was arrested in Cromwell in Oct. 2009 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
In 2006, he was convicted of second-degree robbery in Waterford. He has also been convicted of larcenies in East Windsor and in Enfield, and of breaches of the peace in Coventry and Meriden.

I went to high school with Dan and his first ex-wife. From what I heard kim and Dan raked her through the coals and stole her credit cards…Dan left his first 2 daughters and went for kim. Apparently he had 2 more children, one with kim (the younger daughter) and another daughter with a coworker. The last I knew dan was back in CT. He is definitely not a multimillionaire…in fact he owes his first ex- over $30,0000 in back child support.

I went to highschool with him.
He was a hottie back then (he was a senior I was a freshman).
We lived in a very small town in Connecticut, our entire highschool had 200 kids in it total.
I know he got in trouble, but I can’t help but wonder if this really is the right Dan Toce.
Admittedly his girlfriend back then looked a lot like Kim (Blond and orange) but I can’t believe that he may actually be part of the Real Housewives web of issues.
I don’t remember his family having any more money than anyone else.
But it is true that this Toce recently got out of jail and is currently engaged to be married.

Funny thing is, the first time my husband and I saw Kim on RHOA, we BOTH-separately-thought we’d seen her on a Jerry Springer episode.
I think Big Poppa did what Russell and Greg Leakes have also done: funded the RH’s ‘entertainment career path’ (aka, ho-ing on Bravo). To be on Miss Andy’s show, a ‘ho have to have a financial backer.
Big Poppa/Big Pay Out probably financed those wigs, Louboutins, fat melting lasers, and Dominos takeout pizza-not to mention those horrendous ‘singing’/screeching lessons because he had tell his wife that Kim wasn’t his mistress-just an ‘entertainer’ he was developing for a TV show.
