Dana Wilkey And Fiancee John Flynn Sued For $53,000.00 Scam
Dana Wilkey, Miss 25 thousand dollar sunglasses and wanna-be house skank, is a perfect candidate to be a Real Faux Housewife of the Beverly Hillbilly clan because apparently in order to front their faux lavish lifestyle, her and her boyfriend John Flynn (who has the face of someone children shouldn’t take candy from) scammed people out of money and are now being sued for punking $53,000 out of a innocent victim who thought she was investing in whatever magic-bean scheme these dipshits sold her.
From TMZ:
According to the lawsuit, filed this week in L.A. Superior Court, Mary Painter claims she invested money in 2008 with Wilkey, Flynn and another man … who claimed she would get at least a 10% return on her investment. It’s unclear from the lawsuit what exactly Painter was investing in.
Painter says she tried several times to pull her money out over the past two years … but so far, she has not received a dime back.
She’s suing for breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation, among other things, and is asking for her money back … plus damages.
Flynn tells TMZ, “There is no fraud. Dana Wilkey is not a properly named defendant, and we expect to continue to negotiate and gain dismissal of this lawsuit as quick as possible.”
Well, I guess we know now how that heifer got the money to pay for those fugly-ass 25 thousand dollar sunglasses. Maybe the woman suing them should confiscate those sunglasses from Dana/Pam as partial payment.
Thanks Jennifer for the link!
